The center stage of this event will be the Chef Challenge Finals where Returning Champion: John Critchley, Area 31 will battle Douglas Rodriguez, D. Rodriguez Restaurant Group for the prestigious Iron Fork award. The chefs will receive a basket of ingredients and one secret ingredient. The winner will be announced that evening.
