Q: Where can I purchase tickets?
A: Tickets can be purchased online on the Ticketing page. If you need assistance purchasing a ticket, please contact Customer Service.

Q: What is included with each ticket price?
A: General Admission includes entry into the event at 7pm. Included in the price is unlimited food sampling and entertainment. Spirits, wine and beer will be available for purchase.
VIP Admission includes entry into the event one hour earlier at 6pm and entry into the VIP Lounge. Included in the price is unlimited food, wine, spirit/beer sampling, and entertainment.

Q: Can a minor attend the event if accompanied by a parent or guardian?
A: No. No one under the age of 21 will be admitted into the event. All guests must have a valid I.D. to show at the door.

Q: Which restaurants will be sampling?
A: See the complete list of participating restaurants on the Restaurant Page.

Q: Can I get a refund for my ticket(s)?
A: No. Refunds will not be issued.

Q: Can I buy tickets at the door?
A: This event will most likely sell out in advance so waiting to purchase your ticket at the door is not advised.

Q: Where is the event taking place?
A: The event will be at the American Airlines Arena located at 601 Biscayne Boulevard, Miami, Florida 33132. Please refer to the Map page for additional directions.

Q: What is the Iron Fork Competition?
A: During the event, we will be featuring a live chef competition. Two chefs will be presented with a basket of food and a secret ingredient and will cook a dish in a mini kitchen set-up to see who will win the title of Iron Chef.

Q: I'm having trouble purchasing tickets online. What do I do?
A: Tickets for AmericanAirlines Arena's world-class events can be purchased online, by phone, or at the AmericanAirlines Arena Ticket Office.

Q: Can I bring my children/toddler/Infant?
A: Sorry folks — find a sitter. This event is strictly a grown up event. 21+.

Q: Are Ticket Takers permitted to scan tickets presented on smart phones and/or iPads?
A: A valid, printed ticket is required to enter the Arena. Arena personnel can use your printed ticket to direct you to your correct seat location within the Arena and assist you in locating your party in the event you become separated. Arena personnel may request to see your ticket at any time during the event.

Q: Are tickets purchased through third party websites valid?
A: Ticketmaster is the only authorized ticket-selling agent of AmericanAirlines Arena. AmericanAirlines Arena cannot be responsible for the authenticity of tickets obtained through any other source and will not honor counterfeit and other invalid tickets.

Q: If I am not driving, where is the best place for a driver to drop me off?
A: Guests that are dropped off for an event at AmericanAirlines Arena, including Miami HEAT basketball games, are encouraged to instruct drivers to drop-off at and pick-up guests from Gate 3 (NE 8th Street).

Q: Does the AmericanAirlines Arena prohibit guests from entering the Arena with certain items?
A: For the safety of our guests, AmericanAirlines Arena does not permit certain items into the Arena. Prohibited items include:

Management reserves the right to restrict any article not specifically listed above. Management or Security personnel may request to inspect any bag or purse, entering into the Arena.

Q: Are wheelchairs or wheelchair escorts available to guests attending an event at AmericanAirlines Arena?
A: Wheelchairs and wheelchair escorts are not available to guests, unless a guest is involved in an incident and is being transported/seen by Fire Rescue.

AmericanAirlines Arena encourages guests who require the use of a wheelchair to arrive with their wheelchair. The primary ADA accessible entrance is Gate 3, located on NE 8th Street.

Q: Once I enter the AmericanAirlines Arena, am I allowed to exit and re-enter using the same ticket?
A: AmericanAirlines Arena enforces a "No Re-Entry Policy." Guests may not exit the building and return without presenting the Ticket Taker with a valid, unused ticket.

Q: Are laptops and iPads permitted inside the AmericanAirlines Arena?
A: Laptops are not allowed inside the AmericanAirlines Arena.
Tablet computers larger than 9.56 inches (243 mm) (height) X 7.47 inches (190 mm) (width) X 0.34 inches (8.8 mm) (depth) are prohibited during AA Arena events.

Guests will not be permitted to access the AmericanAirlines Arena's wireless connection.

Q: I purchased Advanced [Self] Parking online and was disappointed to see your onsite parking advertised for less on the day of the event?
A: An Advance Parking Pass may be purchased online, via TicketMaster.com, for most non-HEAT events, including Disney On Ice and RBB&B Circus, held at the AmericanAirlines Arena.

Purchasing an advance parking pass guarantees you a parking spot within our P2 Garage and ensures you will not be turned away for lack of cash.
*(Note: Currently, our Parking department does not accept credit nor debit cards.)

Whether self-parking is purchased prior to or on show date, the Arena's price (face value) is the same. Guests purchasing Advance Parking, pay the Arena's price (e.g. $15), plus TicketMaster's convenience (or order processing) fee (e.g. $2.50).

TicketMaster's Convenience/Order Processing fee is not determined by AmericanAirlines Arena.
